They are more snug for my 5 year old but they seem to be doing their job very well and have had no delays or problems after a few uses. wears / wash. They are definitely thinner than the Capezio brand and not as soft as other big brands but they are not uncomfortable and my sensitive child has no problem wearing them.

We have just opened this package. My daughter had ballet on a Monday and her new tights ripped during class. I thought. ok, fluff. She had tap today, the 2nd brand new pair broke. They were both torn in the same places, from the inner thighs to the knees. The material has almost no stretch. They may be suitable for church or wedding (single use) but not for stretching, splits and dancing. We're staying with Capezio. Lesson learned.

They are in no way inferior to my daughters. I had read reviews that they weren't very durable for dancers, but I assumed the durability would hold since my kids wouldn't dance in them. I was wrong. These are disposable tights. If you're okay with them being ripped, pulled, and essentially shredded for one-time use, buy them because they're cute and have a subtle pink sheen. But go if you don't want to spend money.
