I bought XL, I'm 5ft 4in and weigh about 190lbs and I could definitely choose a big one instead. It's very comfortable, only the top is a bit loose and the pants are a bit long. Not the most flattering, but I just bought it for the house.

This jumpsuit looks great with sneakers, sandals or heels. Depending on the season, you can dress up or down. Lightweight but not flimsy or cheap. My only complaint is this: being a pear shape, I am concerned that the top will stretch too much after a few attempts to squeeze my large hips and thighs through the top. I hope that after drying it will return to its original shape. The back zip would make this jumpsuit absolutely perfect for me.

I bought the large ones because there weren't many of them and I wanted them to be looser than tight. Depending on how you want to fit someone my size, you can probably get away with small or medium.
