Cable works well. But the fittings were not flush. Thinking my product was faulty I ordered a replacement, but the USB socket on the replacement product was also not deep enough to fully plug in the USB cable I have. See photo. I plugged it into a USB charger and it didn't charge my phone. So I thought it was the power adapter or maybe a micro USB cable. After trying various things, it turned out that it doesn't connect well if you plug it all the way into a USB port.
