Miss Leading Description

The ad says it reaches 25 feet. It is not. It only reaches 8 feet. Very dissatisfied with the product. Think again before you buy an Amazon product.

That's good, the pole could be better.

My favorite light bulb changer. The biggest issue with this set is the bar. Nozzles pop out easily during use, which is inconvenient. Dust products can leave green stains on what you clean. But I like the light changing tool enough to ignore other shortcomings. I have lights in my kitchen... perfect for changing lightbulbs. It would be nice if the brackets were screwed to the bar.

Great vacuum kit for those with high ceilings

I chose this vacuum kit because I needed items that would reach the top of our 12-14 foot ceilings. When I unpacked this set I was very pleased with all the details it contained. It comes with a duster, a microfiber cloth, a lightbulb changer, a mop and a thicker round cloth. It also comes with a retractable two-tier stem that fully extends to about 9 feet. I have tall windows in my living space, so a cloth and mop will come in handy for cleaning. I only gave 1 star because I was preparing to…

Great for cleaning heads but the lamp changer is too big and cumbersome for standard medium sized lamps

I like this tool for all cleaning heads. They are well designed, efficient and easy to put on and take off. I live in an old commercial building with high ceilings and constant fights for cobwebs, so I really appreciate a quick-retract pole. But I hate the lamp changer. First, it doesn't screw on like other attachments. This is clearly an afterthought, and instead of being screwed down, it slips and awkwardly tightens with a thumbscrew on one side. Worse, it doesn't fit standard midfoot lamps…
