Great patch but not very good glue

The patch itself is really great quality although I have to sew it on as there was hardly any glue. I've previously ironed on a similar fabric using the same procedure with no problems, but it was a real flop. As I said, the patch is great

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Hard to remember but it was

Excellent patch but not very good glue

The patch itself is really excellent quality although I have to sew it on as there is practically no glue. I've used the same process to iron a similar fabric before with no problems, but it was a real failure. As I said, the patch is great

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Crumpled

Great patch - BUT. .

. . . Keep in mind that this glue has the highest temperature I've ever seen on a patch. It will most likely withstand gale force winds now, but putting it on is not an easy task at first. I had to heat the patch (and the surrounding material) much harder than I used to before I started wondering if it was really glued on. When it finally melted it bonded perfectly, just don't give up too soon.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • weak

. . . Keep in mind that this glue has the highest temperature I've ever seen on a patch. It will most likely withstand gale force winds now, but putting it on is not an easy task at first. I had to heat the patch (and surrounding material) a lot more than in the past, to the point where I started to wonder if it was really smooth. When it finally melted it bonded perfectly, just don't give up too soon.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Slightly torn
