Overall you get what you pay for with this vest - it's a nice color and has everything you need, but the buttons are a little loose and the Things break easily. Ties snap easily, and it's nice that you don't notice they're snapping; but if I wasn't a seamstress I would probably send it back or have a friend alter it for sizing and construction issues.

My 9 year old son told me he wanted a lavender tuxedo for Christmas. I thought it looked more like lavender in the picture, but the description clearly says it's purple, and it definitely was purple. It was the best I could do and to be honest he just LOVES it. Odd kid, I know (he also asked for a typewriter and drinking hat), but he has a great imagination and his own eclectic style. The material was a bit cheap but we bought this for a one night wedding to match my son's small vest as we could not find a men's size to fit the little boy we ordered. I would recommend wearing this men's size set with matching colors for a complete family set!
