This really helped me clean my fryer. I filled it with baking soda and just shook it onto a damp eraser sponge. Sometimes I shake it right on the wet sides of the fryer. Using a shaker is a lot more convenient than having loose baking soda in your locker or storing it in a plastic bag.

It should be simple but the execution is lacking. In particular, the hole in the metal cover of the sugar dispenser is very small, and part of it is covered by a rectangular hinge on the metal cover over the hole. The sugar dispenser is nice thick glass and probably won't break if you drop it from a few metres. The metal cover, however, looks like the cheapest, thinnest, trashiest aluminum you can buy. The threads on the lid and jar don't fit well, and the kid doesn't have a rubber or silicone gasket to create a better seal. The last 2 times I've tried refilling the dispenser, the cap was stuck to the body so tight I had to use a belt wrench to remove it.

Exceptionally durable plastic cheese shaker. I understand avoiding plastic these days but this is a great alternative to the 8x more expensive shaker. The listing says what SAN plastic should be. SAN plastic is a reusable plastic with a 7 recycling rate. The plastic feels like acrylic and breaks easily, but I haven't found that with these. I bought this to use as a homemade body powder shaker. Honestly the holes are a bit bigger than I would have liked for the type of use but I can't fault the product for that as I don't use it for its intended purpose. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the upper wants to be tight when trying to rotate it.
