Laminate is EXACTLY the same as the Target Project 62 Loring Collection in Vintage Oak. If you have one of these desks and want a little more space, this is a good choice, although you won't be able to easily navigate the charger with a "hatch" in the back of the desk. I love this product. I'm currently using it for an ultra wide monitor, but before that I put two compact 22" monitors side by side.
