I bought these as I wanted to choose between each Kelvin temperature as I will be using some of the packs in different locations. I ordered a set of 12 and encountered problems with four lights when installing. I contacted Amico and was pleasantly surprised by the quick response and offer to fix the problem. Amico immediately sent a replacement. In terms of product quality, both the materials and the design of these devices are practically identical to the refurbished HALO brand devices sold in large stores, but cost about a third; see first picture, two lamps Amico and HALO are placed next to each other for comparison. I used them to retrofit existing can lights. The biggest challenge was getting the old cans out of the existing holes in the ceiling. The trim rings on the new headlights were too small to fully cover the existing hole so I used the old trim rings by placing the old trim ring on the new bracket. I used WAGO connectors which made the wiring very easy. The only downside to these lights is that the boxes are quite flimsy and will bend easily when the knockout plug is removed. Went to the hardware store and these lights are $16 each. I bought these lamps because of the price and figured I'd try them and return them if the quality was poor. Well I don't like her. I LOVE HER! They are absolutely the BEST QUALITY! Outdated can lamps were everywhere. I was able to easily remove the old lenses and put them back in without any problems. I have ZERO electrical experience. Wiring was so easy my 12 year old installed everything in the bathrooms while I worked on the ceilings.

Others mention this as well but from the box of 12 one of them had a broken pick. I'm deducting a star for this because the box wasn't particularly damaged in transit, leading me to believe they just didn't pay attention to packaging the items. In my case I found a broken tab and used liquid plastic (I link below) to secure the plastic tab and then put the spring loaded retainer back on and installed with no problems.
