The perfect holiday sandals

I bought these for my husband for a trip to Maui. I always took him Kinz. He loved these shoes. We have worn them on all our travels. You didn't rub. It had traction on muddy trails and in the water. I'll update after he wears more of these over the summer.

Pros
  • I like
Cons
  • May take a long time to dry after getting wet

Very low quality: my rating

Sandals were bought a little over a month ago. Today I wanted to put them on and the Velcro came loose. You can't wear sandals now. The return period has expired by a few days. How to solve this problem? Thanks Tracy

Pros
  • As described.
Cons
  • The adhesive used on the sole peeled off at the toe box after the first use. Not a single big one got a tube of Shoegoo.

Durable and comfortable - my new test report

My son loves these. They fit perfectly, don't chafe anywhere and he can walk, play and even ride a bike in them with no problems. I like that they have a tech closed toe and a strap at the back. you are doing great work

Pros
  • Use almost every day. Durable with good profile.
Cons
  • The sole of both shoes came off after 3 months of light use. Not recommended for almost €40.

Lack of design good for me

These are normal sandals. But this is the price range where you see the difference in research and development between cheap stuff and big brands. There is a small rectangular plastic connector that attaches the heel strap to the front of the shoe. Works well for a few days while the fabric is still a bit stiff, but then the rectangle twists a lot and the shoe isn't as comfortable afterwards. You can twist it back properly, but after a few steps it just slips back. view photos

Pros
  • Very comfortable, needed for a HI holiday was perfect
Cons
  • May be too warm for hot weather

Does not work with high buoyancy

I really liked the sandals but I have a high instep and couldn't adjust it comfortably. I had a brand from Ahnu that had adjustable straps that went across the foot rather than just the back of the heel for a more customized fit. Unfortunately I had to go back.

Pros
  • Looks great. Very important!!
Cons
  • Very comfortable but the bottom falls off after two months

Attention - the sandals came off in the first week

On the 3rd evening, when I was walking around with these new sandals, the left strap of the sandal broke. Looks like he just took off. I had to hobble almost a mile home. It's a shame because I really wanted to like these sandals. They were comfortable and seemed like a much cheaper replacement for my old Keen sandals of the same style. I've been wearing Keen sandals for 10 years and probably thousands of miles and they are still sturdy if a little worn. And these cheap fakes didn't even last 5

Pros
  • Loved it!!
Cons
  • Cannot provide adequate toe protection

I think the belt broke

These sandals fell apart. The bracelet broke after a few months of minimal use (once a week?). I would return them if I knew who and how to complain. The rest was great.

Pros
  • Comodo, buena calidad y construction.
Cons
  • May not be durable enough for intense outdoor activities.

husband loves her! - my new rating

My husband is 80 years old and balance is a problem for him, especially in the garden. These sandals offer good stability and the semi-closed style keeps most rock debris out. It can also be watered with a hose.

Pros
  • These sandals are great, I can walk and walk. These sandals are as good as 60's or 80's sandals
Cons
  • The shoes looked great but were too wide. I returned the shoes unworn.

falls apart in my rating

I've mowed my yard 1 time (with a ride on mower) and made 3 kayak trips and loved them until I wanted to wear them for the 5th time and both of them came off the soles. I can put my toe in one shoe and the other is just starting to wear out. These would be great shoes if only they used good glue. Everything else in the series is great, I'll finish filming both sides and tape them together

Pros
  • Muy comodas y justo que la medida
Cons
  • Limited color options

If it falls apart slippery, I will definitely not buy again

Tried to wear them to the campsite all weekend. The inside of the sole is slippery and the foot slides. Then the back of the sole itself fell apart, separating the . I tried gluing them but the port just came out

Pros
  • Very convenient for everyday use.
Cons
  • I am so disappointed in this purchase. The replacement part fell apart within 7 weeks. See attached photo

Too big a new rating in my opinion

I usually wear a US 10-11 so I ordered 10 but when they arrived they were too big. I would like to order 9. But I was afraid they wouldn't be wide enough.

Pros
  • Very comfortable and excellent value for money
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those with wider feet.

Great water shoes! in my rating

We are either in the water or on land all summer. My son's last pair of water boots had just worn out and by the end of the summer stores were selling out and some online stores were out of stock. We dared and couldn't be happier! AMIDEWA exceeded our expectations and the blue straps look dynamic (not just solid blue). Very happy and excited to spend summer and fall in the water, sailing and hiking.

Pros
  • Very satisfied with the quality of the product and the desirability. My 11 year old says he wears them comfortably to an outdoor summer camp.
Cons
  • A closed toe may not provide adequate ventilation for the feet.

Hiking has proven to be the best in my evaluation

Just walked the Pinhoti trail - bought these for hiking in the rain and they worked great. Good tread pattern and excellent coverage for protection. I particularly like the toe protection. Useful when crossing a stream. My only downside is that I wish there was a drainage hole in the front as sediment collects and spreads to the rest of the shoe. Worth the money even if they only last a year.

Pros
  • I bought these sandals for my son. These are really good sandals and I really like the look of them.
Cons
  • The outsole can wear out quickly with frequent use.

Too bad they weren't 1/2 size

Unfortunately they don't offer a size 1/2 so I ordered the next size up and it's a bit big. There is velcro to adjust, but mine is as tight as it gets. I usually wear a 10.5 and regret ordering 10 instead of 11. I still wear them with no complaints. They are well built and lightweight. The only drawback is that there are no 1/2 sizes.

Pros
  • They're not Keen, but for the money they're an excellent copy.
Cons
  • Poor bow support. require return instructions

They are made for water when you wear them and wear socks often.

These shoes rock! People who speak negatively about foot odor are stupid, they're supposed to be ok in the water, they're not meant to be worn all the time, gosh, but if you wear them all the time like me, just throw them on over a pair black socks on your feet. Legs mannequin!

Pros
  • I really liked the look, he uses them for lounging in the water but will wear them as regular clothes in the summer too!!
Cons
  • Can be too stiff and uncomfortable

Good sandals.: my review

I received this item this week and it is a good sandal. I have Keen sandals that are way better than these. I just wanted to see if they match Keen. I will wear them every now and then.

Pros
  • I'm a size 11-12, I'm a 12, it fits well! Also on my wide foot. Looks great for the price and let's see how well they hold up.
Cons
  • Not suitable for use on rocky or uneven terrain.

Sandals with bad glue fall apart after 3 weeks

The sandals have been lying around unused for 12 months, after 3 weeks of use the sole started to fall off. Message seller but I suspect bad glue/low quality

Pros
  • Versatility: These sandals are suitable for a variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, fishing, walking on the beach and more.
Cons
  • Can be difficult to adjust for proper fit

Revainrating 4 out of 5

These sandals blew my mind!

All in all these sandals are good. They give me good support and the design of the insole gives a kind of massage effect when walking. So far the only downside is that the "velvet" part of one velcro strap has started to unscrew. I thought about returning them, but it turned out that just pulling out the old needle and the black thread was enough. (Plus, this way I got it back in minutes instead of waiting days for it to be returned.)

Pros
  • Like a product.
Cons
  • Can cause blisters and chafing if not broken properly

Keeps the airflow around the legs.

In the summer I took her to Universal in Florida. Ideal for hours in the park. Quickly keep your feet cool and dry after riding in the water. Loved the closed toe. I felt safer in the crowd.

Pros
  • Bought them to swim in the Farmington River. Kept great! No complaints.
Cons
  • Looks great, has good traction, let my feet get tired after standing for a long time.

Great for a stroll around town

So close to a five star rating for normal everyday wear, they work as expected. They look good, feel good. A couple of times I went to the beach, as soon as they got wet, be it water or submersion, they were inundated with water for hours. I didn't buy these as water shoes but figured they could get wet a little better. But they can be worn anywhere dry. Not sure about hiking, I prefer closed trainers/boots.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Frequency
