This is very good. On my long runs, it helps to have 4 bottles with me for a total of 40 ounces of water. The only problem I had was that the belt fell off 3 times while running. Twice I had to go back to find him lying on the street. In the end I believe this is a good investment.

I run a lot of long distances and this 10.5 oz is a huge improvement over the standard 8 oz. When I run long distances I usually carry four of them on my belt and have no problems. I hate using back hydration packs as the whistling sound is incredibly annoying. These make no sound!

These are great water bottles. I use them when running, they hold a decent amount of water and have never leaked. The bottles are firmly fixed in the holder so I never have to worry about them falling out. They are also easy to clean and can be squeezed to "squirt" water in your mouth for easier consumption.

I love this whole amphipod system for running and hiking. I have one of the systems with 8 oz bottles (4) but it doesn't do for long runs in the heat. I added these 10.5 ounce modules for a total of 53 ounces of water. The bottles are simply placed in the holster and securely fixed. It's nice when nothing bounces on my back or butt (like other water bags).

I have calculated about 10 ounces of water or low strength sports drink for every 30 minutes of running in warm weather. Otherwise I realize that I will start to get cramps. This may not be the same for everyone, it varies depending on age, weight and physical condition. I also bought Amphipod Runlite with 2 bottles and lost the bottle. I used three 8oz before this purchase. bottles. The two smaller bottles ended up leaking where the cap was attached. I also wanted more capacity so I bought these. They are thicker than 8 ounces and have no leakage issues. However, they are difficult to attach to and detach from the clamps. They're also larger (logically), so if you use more than one on your belt, it's difficult to find a spot for the second that doesn't get in the way.
