Not Worth the Investment

This amplified digital antenna was a big disappointment .It promised clear Freeview reception, but all it did was give me pixelated and choppy images. The only good thing about it was its price. If you`re looking for a reliable accessory for your electronics i suggest investing in a more high-quality and trustworthy device..

Pros
  • Affordable
Cons
  • Poor reception quality

980 miles? good for TV antennas

I can't vouch for this antenna going 980 miles as advertised, but I can vouch for maybe 20. It's a small plastic antenna that I put up in our attic. I then screwed it into the cable duct that used to be our local cable service to get to the TV tuner in our house. No preamp required. I use a DVR with a built in tuner, which then broadcasts the signal to our entire house over Wi-Fi. Our ABC station is the furthest away and pulls pretty well most of the time, I believe the tower is 15-20 miles…

Pros
  • Antenna cable allows flexible installation, making it easy to find the best antenna position and reception.
Cons
  • Out of fashion
