🔬 100 Pre-Cleaned Microscope Coverslips by AmScope CS S18 Review

Something is wrong with the Amscope coverslips. They are absolutely not clean when you open the packaging, so don't fall for that claim. I've made over 500 slides, over 50 with water alone. Almost every slide has bubbles in the same place. I cleaned slides and coverslips, used set after set, mixed and cleaned again. Blisters in the same place no matter what. This is a manufacturing issue on the coverslip.

Bought not to use as a microscope coverslip but as a protective cover for a delicate sensor. I'm concerned about their optical transparency. When I received them, I examined them under a 3x magnifying glass. They're pretty dirty. I have cleaned some with soap, water and mechanical cleaning. I washed them well and dried them with a clean towel. That made them clean enough for my purposes. I tried just using rubbing alcohol but it didn't remove all the dirt. They worked fine after I deleted them.

Or maybe just false advertising. True, there are far dirtier slides on Revain (if you can believe it!). However, for a product that is specifically advertised as "pre-cleaned”, this is unacceptable. This slide contains debris the size of a mammalian cell at a very high density. I can't see my sample correctly. It's useless. Such false statements can cause great harm.
