Something is wrong with the Amscope coverslips. They are absolutely not clean when you open the packaging, so don't fall for that claim. I've made over 500 slides, over 50 with water alone. Almost every slide has bubbles in the same place. I cleaned slides and coverslips, used set after set, mixed and cleaned again. Blisters in the same place no matter what. This is a manufacturing issue on the coverslip.
