Good weight balance and I don't even know what it is. The magnetic cable works well. Although it's a little tricky when you need to remove it. While gaming, I accidentally caught my hand on the cable and pulled/displaced the magnetic connection on the headset. Headphone contacts shorted out, blacked out screen, resulting in catastrophic failure. Oculus tech support couldn't fix the issue and I had to send it in for repair. I highly recommend not using the magnetic, swiveling USB-C cable that comes with this battery mount. All other hardware that comes with it is otherwise pretty good.

For those days when you just want to play virtual reality for hours, this thing is perfect. The holder itself is very light and you don't even notice it due to the padding. Plugging in the battery actually helps balance the headset front-to-back better and doesn't add any weight to the device. I can only recommend it for serious gamers. The battery on the back also helps balance the Oculus Quest, which is very heavy.
