Radio is great for the money but installation instructions were nonexistent. You have to be able to figure it out for yourself. Clock doesn’t keep time and radio seems to lose it’s memory but not losing power.

I could not get the BLUETOOTH to work it has a easy connect app that did not help me . The radio worked OK but everything else was frustrating .Tried to get help from AMAZON that did not work out .I am to old for this new technology very disappointed .

Ok so as far as the paperwork goes.I wish it came with better instructions. And I wish they would label the harnesses had no idea what was whatHowever after trial and error. It went OK. Also , it comes with a microphone I have no idea where it goes. I didn't find a port.

Hi all, this was a birthday present that I picked out for myself from my family. It is so much better than the stock radio from my JK Unlimited Sahara 2007. I don't have steering wheel controls but that's OK. The head unit is nice looking seems to be an "open source" piece of hardware that many companies use and program themselves. Just a guess. Make a call via bloetooth. she is can hear me but i cant hear her talking lol, no voice speaker. And cannot connect wifi at my home, ( disabled ), only can connect wifi to hotspot smartphone.

It's not at all like it shows in the description. Disconnects Bluetooth randomly, only shows time on 24hr format, interface is similar to some old windows 95 computer from 30 years ago. Total garbage, I GOT RIPPED OFF!

First impression very nice looking, second impression "no installation manual" look everywhere for instructions in how to install even in there website and nothing, finally found a video in you tube for a similar product, it is not hard to install once you have instructions, there need to be at least a point of reference please. So far a good product but internet yes, it's very slow. The 4 stars 🌟 is for the lack of a good instruction manual.

Overall the install was easy, the navigation and user interface is nice especially for the price.However, the cd player anti-skip is horrible. I had CD players back in the 90's that had better anti skip than this thing.

11-10-2020. Yes, verified purchase from a US consumer, Andriod 10 version of this radio. Put into a 2008 Jeep Wrangler with no cool features like steering wheel controls or anything, just a base model X. Overall the radio works great for my 2011 wrangler. The install was quick and easy although there aren't really instructions included. I also believe I was sent the wrong radio since mine does not have the USB slot that is pictured. Instead, mine has the SD card slot and a micro or mini usb port. I wanted the regular USB port so I could use my phone with the adapter to use car play. I messaged the seller and have not heard back about my issue. I mentally turn on the radio when it is daytime and I turn on the light of my vehicle the radio is completely inoperative the screen lowers the intensity of the screen and nothing is seen on the radio, try to increase the intensity of lighting and the intensity does not increase anymore

Easy to hook up. Customer service was great as i had troubles with hands free calling. They told me an easy solution. Everything thing works great for the money
