Received this finger drive at 4pm this afternoon. It took me a while to figure out the menu options for what I wanted to do, maybe half an hour or a little more? When I bought this item and used it on my Samsung Galaxy J7 phone, I couldn't understand it at first. After installing an external drive via the loading input, the connection to the external drive is displayed at the top left. Click on it and select "Open". When it opens, click on "My Files" and you will see all the folders in your photo folders. I'm always paranoid about deleting photos and my phone has been full for a while. However, copying it to your computer ALWAYS takes time. SO that was PERFECT as my friend told me - with 117GB of storage I won't be running out of space any time soon. I don't even need to connect to a computer to transfer files. I highly recommend. I ordered this in March, just wanted to check because it ended up in my bin. It fits. I travel quite a bit for work, I wanted to return but there wasn't enough time.
