Very disappointed with the car electronics

This stereo is an absolute nightmare, I installed it at a good shop and the reversing camera NOW IS NOT WORKING AT ALL! DO NOT BUY for Car Video

I was so excited when I saw this product and even more excited when it arrived. Before going through the whole setup I decided to just hook up the power and the front speakers to check the quality. I also connected the antenna and my bluetooth to make sure there is radio and playback capability. Luckily that's all I did. The radio has nothing but hiss and it's not playing a real station. Bluetooth shows it's paired and connected and even shows the song. However, there is no sound for Bluetooth.

Looks great. Does NOT work great

I bought this radio in 2019. It's 2021 now. It was nothing but trouble. First, Bluetooth never worked on it. So I sent the original back and installed a new one. Same problem. I didn't want to run into problems again, so I decided to keep it to myself and use one of those bluetooth cigarette lighters. Well, I've been annoyed over the years that Bluetooth doesn't work with this thing, and I see this as a common problem that sellers don't have an answer for. Or refuse to answer when you approach.

I asked before buying if it would fit a 2018 Ram 1500 and they said yes. Well it isn't. I ended up having to make some major changes to install it. The system is fine again. Everything is configured for Korean/Japanese. That works first. If I didn't have to spend 4 hours installing it I would just return it. Update: after many emails this seller is NOT honest! Tells me to "calm down" and claim he never got my question about my truck's fitment (even though he answered my question), didn't…
