This pan is perfect for meatloaf. The fat runs into the bottom pan. It's also so easy to clean. It's supposed to be dishwasher safe, but I don't recommend it and you don't need detergency.

I have had one of these pans for many years and just bought them for my father. A two-piece pan that allows the fat to drain when cooking meatloaf, which is what I use it for, or you can leave the drain portion of the pan and use it for things like banana bread. Well made and easy to clean!

I needed to replace some old meatloaf pans I had and this time I needed a dishwasher safe nonstick pan. It really is like that. I usually make 2 loaves, each 2 pounds of meat. Just wanted to show in the photos that they fit. As advertised, the fat dripped into the base pan and was also easy to clean. I have 4 Anolon baking pans, including two 9x5 inch loaf pans and two 12 cup muffin/muffin pans. They all work well including baking evenly and are easy to clean.
