The support leaves much to be desired. It was better to contact the store and sort this out than to play dead on the phone . Consider an exchange of goods so that you can come, pick up the right thing, and this is returned to you.

The bottle was open when I opened the packaging. The product was everywhere. Obviously this isn't legal and was fueled by something else. total fraud. I want my money back immediately. If you want to cheat, at least spin the bottle.

In the past I've always been a fan of the Redken Anti-snap. However, this time I wouldn't buy it again. It really damaged my hair! I called Redken and they said they don't distribute Revain so they don't know where those companies get the product from. Do not buy this product from Revain as you will not be satisfied with the product they are selling. I'm going to a store in town to buy a real anti-snap to fix what the fake one did.

Maybe it's Dimethicone which is a derivative of silicone and the second ingredient but I bought five different products at once from a YouTube blogger (suggestions for damaged broken hair) , this one covers the hair , making it feel less crunchy at the ends, and until I get to my salon I'm currently annoyed with broken split ends that feel like crusty broom handles. This product prevents me from picking up scissors and smelling them 🙃

I am the account holder's wife. I've been using the Extreme Anti-Snap leave-in conditioner for 10 years now. I use it after every wash and between shampoos. It NEVER makes my hair greasy or heavy even when I apply it to dry ends between shampoos. I have long hair and am very happy that I don't have a lot of split ends between cuts. Also, I'm almost 70 years old so I attribute long hair to the product keeping my hair healthy. I highly recommend.

I've read some reviews stating that Redken is not sold on Revain and that may be why this product is the only Redken product that hasn't given me good results. My hair looked like I had applied nothing but water, no shine, no moisturizer, just nothing. i give it back

This is a great product if you have fine, thin hair that is easily damaged or breakage.

I love this leave-in moisturizer. It really is perfect. I only apply it once a week and don't need to put it on again unless my hair gets very wet in the shower or I sweat a lot. It's lightweight, gives my hair body, yet hydrates deeply and very well. And I've tried a lot of expensive moisturizers and I usually switch when I think they're no longer working. But this one is so, so good. And it smells like blue raspberries. I'm usually sensitive to anything that smells strong, but this one smells
