They do the job

They work great and are easy to install. I have peace of mind knowing that stealing my license plates is going to take a lot of work now.

DO NOT BUY! - External Accessory

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY. It's useless. They don't come with instructions, making installation a lot harder than it needs to be. Then "screw covers" are not suitable. They fall instantly. Absolutely useless.

Protection for Signature Sign (and/or Frame)

I just received a new Disney 50th Anniversary Sign and was concerned someone might like it as a wall souvenir. This kit may not be 100% reliable but I'm sure it will stop anyone from stealing my plate.

Screws do not match Camry

There is no key in my kit. The screws did not have the correct thread pattern for the license plate holes and did not fit my 2018 Toyota Camry or 2002 Toyota Camry. I assume they are standardized in the automotive industry, but I could be wrong. If so, then don't buy them.

Not quite theft proof

Yes of course you will need a special hex key for installation/removal but if you look at the picture you will see that a small flat head wedged into it will unscrew these Screws fairly easily, so if a thief wants your record, they can still get it with minimal fuss. I was hoping the set would have a more complicated pattern, but no.

Simple but effective! Take her!

All in all, these screws were cheap and they work! I had tags stolen from my truck and for less than $10 I could have saved myself the trouble of getting new tags and reporting stolen ones. The perpetrator drove my tokens through a red traffic light and a toll booth and I had to clean up afterwards! Even those screws alone would have stopped it.

Waste of time and money

First, they can be loosened with a regular screwdriver if you use enough force. Second, there are no instructions on Revain other than a photo (which doesn't even show all the details). After all, they don't sit flush with your car. I tried every possible combination of parts or missing parts. You can see the best of what I've managed to do in the photos. The caps included in the kit, which are intended to cover the screw head, pop out when the screw is tightened.
