So far, so good.

Currently running on low power (8W). I will update my review once tested for integrity at full power when my radiator arrives.

One was broken and the other didn't work well

I tried to use it as a replacement for Peltier in the Wine Enthusiast fridge. It could only go down to 66 degrees in an ambient temperature of around 74 degrees. One was broken and the other wasn't drawing enough current to cool properly. The DeltaT was decent at around 36 degrees, but the overall cooling performance wasn't enough for normal use. The current draw was only 2.5 amps, while the spec 12706 says it should be in the 4-5 amp range. I've also tried other feasibility studies from China…

As seen in photo from other reviews. The cells are shipped in a paper-thin, unprotected plastic bag. The ceramic of one cell was badly damaged and parts broke off, causing both sides to heat up. Another cell that looked ok had a maximum output of 35W at 12V with a fairly large heatsink and good thermal paste contact. The same element was tested again with a larger copper heatsink and a 20W fan. The hot side stayed below 60 degrees, the cold side dropped to 25 degrees Fahrenheit. The maximum…
