We have sent this case back for a refund. I don't recommend it at all. The lid is fine, but the "built-in screen protector" is a cheap acrylic material that prevents the touchscreen from working properly, and sometimes not at all. Keep the lid open so you can attach your own screen protector.

Bought for vacation to take underwater photos and videos. Did the paper towel test as mentioned. Finally did a real test but took pictures and videos underwater in the pool. Sometimes it crops your videos or pictures. Just because the water gets on the buttons. But if you shake the water off the phone. That works great. Definitely recommend

Overall a great case but there is a huge design flaw that the hole at the bottom isn't big enough for the charging cable. So you literally can't use this case and keep your phone charged UNLESS. They have super sharp scissors that can cut through the hard plastic around this part of the case, which I did. Now that I've made my modification, it works perfectly. But I didn't have to modify the product to do the job it was designed for.

I tried the impregnation method and fell in love with the product even before I put my phone in it. The company recommends testing the waterproofing properties first and doing so frequently. Here I put a paper towel in it and washed the body like dishes. In my photo you can see the cover is wet but the paper towel stayed dry! Water did not get on the paper towel. After putting my phone in, face recognition, fingerprint scanner and pattern still work perfectly! Now I can use my phone in the rain

After receiving it in 5 minutes, I put on the case and added a separately purchased stand. I activated the warranty having already installed the stand which worked great. The case is very durable and the ribbed sides make it comfortable to hold. I drop my phone at least 20 times a day. Replaced screensavers twice a week. Excellent waterproof phone case for Samsung S20 and absorbs shock quite well. However, I found one major problem with both sides of the cameras.
