- 1. Screen 120 Hz everything is smooth, colors, juiciness 2. Assembly as always at 5, there are no surprises Apple, as always, is on top in this regard 3. Oddly enough, iPadOS with the ability to work with files 4. Pencil 2, although I do not draw but for notes, surfing is very convenient
- 1. Too high price in 2022 2. Expensive accessories 3. Weak battery 4. The camera is average, it could have been better given the PRO prefix
- - Very good screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. - The battery life of the tablet should be quite satisfactory. - What a fantastic sound. 10 out of 10 for using Face ID to unlock a rather large device. - The addition of a stylus transforms it into the ideal tool for taking notes. In the past, a marker board was utilized for any various schemes and such; however, this is no longer required. - LiDAR is a very interesting technology. Even more than that, it was useful on a couple occasions. - The camera is passable but doesn't particularly stand out; all you can do is eat and eat.
- 1 When enclosed in a case, somewhat hefty. 12.9 inches is probably going to be a monster. - Accessories are going to be expensive. The stylus, the casing, and the converter that goes from Type-C to 3.5mm all cost around 20,000. The fact that some applications, like Instagram, do not appear to be able to support this screen and instead open in a more constrained window is quite frustrating. - The cost of a tablet and its accessories is included in the 2022 price.
- Let's start with the fact that everything has flaws. First of all, I compare with the iPAD AIR 2022 that I had before it. Pros: 1) 120Hz is powerful, then it hurts to look at 60Hz, it seems that the device slows down. 2) Face ID, a handy thing, I like touch ID more, but that's not bad either. However, I note that in landscape orientation you close the camera with your thumb and problems arise. 3) Pensil 2nd generation + 120 hertz screen, this is a cut above pensil 1 in air. 4) Performance, 714 thousand points in antutu, 128GB in the database, 6GB of RAM, all this is a wild reserve for the future. Air 2022 with 256GB also costs 69990r and loses in everything, and the difference for the user between 128 and 256GB is not as much as between 64 and 128 (of course, in terms of comfort of use, 128GB is already enough for most, but 64 is already painful). Air19 with 3GB of RAM had constant app unloads and few layers in ProCreate. 5) The operating system is the biggest plus of the device, it is iOS that makes buying Apple and Android far from it, namely in terms of usability and the presence of some software. 6) Type C is what makes it versatile. But he does not eat external hard ones, because only FAT32 recognizes. Everything else, please, at least connect a wired mouse. 7) The screen is not bad, the colors are realistic, they do not go too far in the brightness of colors, but this can also be called a minus, the backlight is almost uniform (well, IPS always suffer), black at high brightness is gray, again, on any IPS panel so. 8) Cameras, compared to Air19, are excellent and shoot really well. But not everyone needs them in a tablet. 9) If you really look closely, you can notice minor inconsistencies in the assembly, but the overall level is excellent. The volume and power buttons practically do not play, you can move a little, but in general they sit tightly.
- 1) It heats up, and noticeably. If the Air19 warmed up just a little bit, then here the hands sweat and the cover becomes noticeably warm. 2) The battery holds an average of 30% worse than that of Air 3. If in 48 minutes of the video (did not look for a watch) Air lost 5% of the charge, then 7% are gone here. For 3 hours of video at max. Brightness left 32% of the charge. On average, when working with the Internet and YouTube videos, it loses a little more than 10% per hour, while Air sometimes simply amazed with its vitality. I personally do not like it, I expected approximately equal results, because I do not play and the excess power of A12z should not affect the battery. 3) It sometimes freezes (there are delays in menu transitions), this is more the fault of iOS14 and application optimization, but at 120Hz it is noticeable, unlike 60Hz. Nothing critical, but sometimes something can stick. This is a word about the mythical super-optimization of iOS. An unbiased user will not notice all this, infa weaving. 4) Problems with inactive buttons and zones in applications and menus in landscape orientation, but this is hello iOS, the problem is clearly not hardware, but software. 5) Fragility, but there is already a nitpick from everyone, a nitpick, because any tablet with a thickness of 5.9-6.5 mm will be fragile due to the thickness-screen area ratio. 6) For me, the old design and materials were better, when you take Air2022, it feels more solid and premium device, but here, sorry, it looks like Samsung tabs, in short, I love the touch ID and the old design from Pro2022. 7) Drawing with a pencil warms it up more games and the battery flies away just instantly, but it was also in Air19. 8) The price of official accessories is depressing. 9) Lidar is not needed 99% of the time. 10) The screen has more natural colors, so the Air3 has a richer one. And the main drawback, a picky user, having bought Air19 for 39k, except for type C connector, will get exactly the same experience, in some places even better, and the price differs greatly. Therefore, the Pro will remain a device for fans.
- The speed of work - for a year of work it was not possible to "hang" it. 40 tabs are open, 50 applications and a couple of files are downloaded in the background, and you watch more videos in 4k. He just doesn't care. Very competent system resource allocation system! The battery lives for at least 5 hours under extreme loads like Photoshop in 20 layers. And if you watch a video camera and a browser, it lasts for a day even at a brightness of 60-80%. As an assistant in work (Notes, documents, etc.) it can generally hold on for a week! The lidar function is useful, but does not fully reveal its own potential. The screen is bright, stretches under the sun without straining the eyes. 120 hertz is cool, but over time you stop noticing and even somehow feeling the difference from 60. You just understand that it works smoothly and that's it. Wireless connections are stable, audio quality transmits, WiFi keeps to the last. Bluetooth often has to be turned off, because the first of all other devices clings to Bluetooth headphones.😄
- The cameras here are clearly on from a smartphone. I don't know why they save. But for video messages more than. But in the dark it is clearly noisy.
- 1) 120 Hz - the main argument when choosing Pro, the smoothness of the interface is an incredible pleasure to use 2) Performance - it is generally redundant, any user action is accompanied by an instant response of the tablet 3) Stereo speakers 4) USB-C
- 1) Thin metal of the back cover, fragility of the case, if you turn on the music at high volume, you can feel the vibration of the back of the case. 2) Lack of 3.5 mm headphone jack in a device with a “Pro” prefix 3) Inconvenient implementation of multitasking - to launch a split screen, you need to pull the application from the bottom bar, and it can be there either because it is always there, or if the option to show recently launched applications is enabled. It turns out that if you need to enable an application in split-screen mode that is not in the lower bar, and at the same time I did not enable the option of recently launched applications, then I need to first launch it, and then select the one that is in the lower bar. Too unintuitive to use it regularly. If I want to launch 2 applications that are not in the lower bar, I cannot do this. 4) There is no normal FB application, only various third-party crutches, the most normal of which is a shortcut to the web version of FB. 5) Surprisingly, there is no built-in calculator app, moreover, there is basically no official calculator app on the iPad. We need to look for substitutes. 6) FaceID was not as convenient as TouchID. It regularly happens that I take the tablet in horizontal mode from the side on which the camera and sensors are located, I have to intercept the tablet / perform some manipulations - this is inconvenient.
- Very cool design, multifunctional device, it is convenient to work in Word and process photos
- Price only
- - screen - sound - design - a very cool thing for drawing (simply unrealistic), there is no comparison with drawing on a graphics tablet. - light - convenient - read, write, draw, collect pictures
- - the price, but after you start using this fact goes by the wayside - in drawing mode, the battery does not last very long, in 2 hours I can put it down by 30% somewhere - you need to get ready that you will have to buy a pen, a special film for drawing (so that the screen is matte), applications for comfortable work, perhaps a keyboard (I don’t need it yet) - I can't do a full graph design on a tablet yet, due to the limitations of the software and its price. The same photoshop will cost you 800 a month!
- - Excellent 120Hz screen. - The power of the tablet will last for a long time. - Awesome sound. - Face ID to unlock a fairly large device - 10/10. - Paired with a stylus, it's the perfect note-taking device. Previously, for any schemes, etc. used a marker board, now it is no longer needed. - LiDAR is a cool thing. It even came in handy a few times. - The camera is not bad, but nothing outstanding, just eat and eat.
- - Quite heavy in a case. 12.9 inch is probably a monster. - Expensive accessories. The stylus, case and adapter from Type-C to 3.5mm cost about 20k in total. - Some apps don't seem to support this screen (like instagram) and open in a smaller window, which is terribly annoying. - The price in the 2022 is for a tablet, for accessories.
- Speakers. It's more or less like a fairy tale, really. In the past, the side speakers on the Air were sufficient, but over the course of the past several years, I have frequently encountered pain while I watch anything on the device. The sound was soft and relatively unnoticeable. What can I say, the sound is simply unbelievable now - it's powerful, bassy, and voluminous, and in general, honey, you can't find anything wrong with it! Camera. The quality of the camera is really high. Although I don't use it very often, it works fine for recording some films and images, and the fact that it has four microphones of studio grade ensures that the resulting recordings have high-quality sound. In spite of the fact that it is available on the front-facing camera, the primary camera does not have a portrait mode for some unknown reason. It is quite odd to say the least. Power. It is unfortunate that the tablet has a processor that was released two years ago, even though it has been improved since then. The tablet is more powerful than all comparable devices, including laptops. In a time when the new Air of the 4th generation has a more contemporary CPU (A14), this one is an A12, although with the letter Z added in front of it. This is in no way consistent with the values of Apple. Typically, a new CPU would be added to the gadget every year; however, not only did they skip a year without releasing new firmware, but they also did not build a new processor until after 2 years had passed. But this is merely a psychological component; in reality, it is an extremely powerful tablet, which will be sufficient to do even the most challenging jobs for at least the next five years. Screen. The screen has a lot of grime on it. My only regret is that I did not rush out and purchase a safety glass right away since. It's a real nuisance to have to wipe the display all the time. The frequency of 120 hertz is really hip. the very first occasion. After that, you stop remembering that it even existed. In addition, if you switch to an iPad that does not have 120 hertz, you will not experience any discomfort, despite the fact that many people claim the reverse. Even though it does not have 120 hertz, the device is not necessarily a bad one or a slow one. Both the regular iPad 2022 and the Air 4 are fast devices, despite the fact that they do not have 120 hertz.
- The most significant shortcoming of this tablet is its battery life. Even though it is starting to slow down, my ancient Air of 2022 still maintains a charge for a very long time even while it is being actively used. I am not exaggerating when I say that there was enough charge on it for a full week's worth of use, tk. I don't modify the content, and I don't play games on it almost at all (well, very little), but I do a lot of internet browsing and watch a lot of videos on YouTube. Nevertheless, the batteries on the iPad PRO 2022 only last a couple of days at most. The charging percentages disappear directly in front of our eyes, which is especially noticeable when we turn up the brightness or play games. It's a pretty weird circumstance, yet iPhones seem to have batteries that last even longer. To be fair, the tablet heats up adequately, particularly while being used for gaming. And I believe that this only has a bad impact on the condition of the battery, as its wear will be much more active as a result of this. P.S. as it turns out, I was just playing a game that wasn't optimized very well, which is why the tablet was getting extremely hot and the battery was dissipating right in front of my eyes. In general, the charge is accurate; yet, the impression that the Eir lasted longer has not been eliminated. Price. Now comes the part where things start becoming really intriguing. The price of the tablet is, without a shadow of a question, quite high. I purchased it at a department store chain for 69,990 dollars, which is its current market value. When we compare the cost of the iPad Pro 2022 to that of the iPad Air 4, it becomes clear that the Pro version is the more financially sensible option. The price of an Air 4 is 55,900, which is equivalent to 56 units. The difference between the two is only 14,000, but the Pro version offers significantly more capability than what this amount buys you! To begin, the cameras are of higher quality, the speakers have a frequency range of 120 hertz, the lidar, and the icing on the cake is that the base model has 128 GB of storage, as opposed to 64 GB in the Eire. If you opt for the Air 4 with 256 GB of memory, then this is exactly the same price as before (attention: 70,000)). If the air had cost 45,900, there is a good chance that I would have purchased it; nonetheless, maintaining a hold on 14 pieces while giving up such benefits is foolish.
