Bought a phone for use with T-Mobile. Everything was fine for the first few days until my daughter noticed that he was no longer surfing the internet or answering calls. Called T-Mobile to try and fix it as it was a service issue, but they exhausted themselves trying to fix it and suggested calling Apple instead. UPDATE: I just got notified that I got 100 positive reviews and thought I should update it. Yes No. The phone lived for two months. One day it went off completely, never came back on, nothing. I went to check and they said it was burned. I've lost so many photos and notes because they never seem to have uploaded to iCloud.
