After owning a laptop for a few months I can say that my faith in buying a refurbished Amazon was worth it BUT it took me a bit of work. It wasn't perfect and it still isn't perfect. There's a tiny white dot on the screen where some pixels have died (I think) and when I first spotted it I had to call Apple Support to get iMessage and Facetime to work on it. New packaging, new charger, clean laptop. I was afraid that the battery would go bad and not hold a charge. I was wrong. I uploaded over 12,000 photos and worked non-stop for over 2 days without charging it. I'm in love!

This is the best laptop I've ever had! The laptop came with 0 scratches and only 16 battery charges. It even came with an apple box and stickers! Highly recommended for the price. $850 is great for a 2019 MacBook Air.
