I will look at this gift set separately. Ceremonial Matcha Powder Ceremonial Matcha Powder is high quality but not the best I've tried. It has a rich green leaf color, similar to other ceremonial grade matcha powders I've used in the past. The powder mixes incredibly well with the included Matcha whisk, but a regular whisk will work too. Good taste with very little bitterness. The only downside to this matcha powder is that when you sit it leaves small grains of powder at the bottom of the cup.
