🚰 AquaTru - Advanced Countertop Water Filtration & Purification System with Enhanced Mineralization Review

It worked very well for a few months and then just stopped. It works for a few seconds and then the power goes out and nothing works. I've tried every possible solution suggested by the customer representative, but the problem persists. It's not worth spending that kind of money on a piece of shit.

Thumbs up - easy to use, best cleaner I've tried. No connection to the faucet and plumbing underneath, but it does an excellent job of cleaning! 5 stars for quality/design/efficiency and filtration speed. 2 stars for the price I paid through this Revain Approved Vendor ($200 more than company charges - advertised discount not honored).

Indispensable to protect yourself from all those deposits and chemicals in your tap water. Refrigeration filters and traditional gravity filters will not do (with the exception of Berkey). Make sure you add minerals back to your Aquatru water, this is very important. An excellent product recognized by the best in the health and fitness industry. I may have mistakenly sent mine back thinking it was a malfunction, but I've since reordered directly from the Aquatru website and am very, very happy.

Before buying this product I had great doubts if it is what it says. But after trying it for a week now I can say that the product lives up to expectations. I tested my tap water with a TDS device and it showed 182ppm and after carefully installing this product and water filtered to Aqua Tru's recommendations showed 18ppm which is fine to drink. So far I'm happy with the product and hope it lasts a long time. Thank you!

This water filter system is ideal for renters. There are undercounter reverse osmosis systems that require a plumber, but few countertop options. Based on some cursory research, this has proven to be efficient and economical to maintain. It seems to work well, but a star deduction for the chunky design: (1) the lid of the filtered water tank should have a hinge (like the waste water tank) to easily add mineral drops, (2) the bottom of the filtered water tank should be on be positioned at an…

Got the device today and it didn't work. The first problem was that the water tanks were installed incorrectly. Once it worked, it shut down after 10 seconds. No matter what I tried in the troubleshooting guide, it didn't work. I called customer service and they said there are two metal sensors on the top of the filtered water container. This was one of our best purchases of the year! Before AQUA TRU, we would buy 6 packs of 1 liter Essentia water (about $10 per pack) x3 every two weeks or so, so we were spending $15 a week on water.
