Complete Aquabeads Decorators Crafts: Creative Jewelry Making for Children Review

I bought this as an easy craft for my eight year old. We had a blast. It took a while for the images to match the set and took just over an hour to dry, but we may have used too much water. The only downside I can find is the lack of instructions on how to attach the creations to the bag.

The bag itself is cute and great for small items. The craft part is a little different and something we've never done before. It wasn't as easy as I thought. But aquabuses are something new and something exciting. I have seen that this is a good birthday gift. Overall a decent product at a good price

Unfortunately, this craft turned out to be somewhat difficult. So obviously getting the beads where they need to be is a challenge, but the bigger challenge is keeping them together. We had to use a lot of water and they actually took several days to dry before they were strong enough to pick up and play with. I don't know if it was worth the time. Aquabeads are my favorite! My kids love them. I will say that there is a learning curve when it comes to making sure your project stays together and looks good. The trick is using the right amount of water. If you spray too little they won't stick, if you get them wet the beads will melt and end up with a sticky product that looks awful. The correct amount of water is reached when the entire project is visibly wet but the colors have not mixed. Once you get the hang of it, it will be very easy.

It is assumed that these are children aged 4 and over. Let's just get one thing straight here. . . I don't know any 4-year-old who could do it on his own. And I work with children. A nice zippered pouch is included to store your accessories and use them later. This piece is made from really cool leather with a nice cloud pattern and a zipper that runs smoothly and doesn't bind.
