🤖 Cubebot Micro White by Areaware: A Compact and Modern Robot Puzzle" Review

Not impressive. First, it's pretty tiny, about a two and a half inch cube. Sent in an envelope. To scream out loud, torn to pieces, of course. save your money I can't figure out if the product is bad, or the packaging, or both.

I love playing with this thing! (I call my ollie) I just gave my friends 10,000 at a Christmas party. The room went silent as everyone opened their boxes and started playing. (I was the youngest there at 62). I suggest a multicolored model as others seem boring in comparison. It's great for both kids and adults.

I work in HR and I'm very nervous. Sometimes I add drugs during long, boring phone calls. That's where this guy comes in. It makes things interesting and makes my work more bearable. It is well built and fits my computer well. I like how it folds into a cube. People don't think I'm crazy much when they see a cube on my desk than they think of a robotic ninja.

Reviewed by my 5yo. It's cool because it can move its arms and click and stretch them instead of falling apart. And it's easier to find him when he's lost because he's bigger than the megablock types (the size of Lego). His head can click and look up, which is cool, and the Mega Block guys can't. And he's super cool and can keep his hands on his hips. It would be cool if he had a gun and a shield.

Honestly I bought this for myself not my grandson! It's just fun to play around with the TV and make different configurations. I think it might be fun for someone trying to quit smoking, a distraction, a rosary of sorts for anxiety, but with more structure! Everyone I've shown it to has a fun fascination with it! Well built and comes with instructions on how to get it back into the cube. Not as difficult as a Rubik's Cube, more like a simple puzzle.

After my sister got me a big CubeBot for my birthday/Christmas I decided on the Micro CubeBot Green as a more portable option. While the wooden construction is good for its size, I was a bit disappointed with the tension/strength of the elastic cord running through the limbs. For me that is not crucial and theoretically it would be easy to thread a better rubber cord through the limbs again. Toy with a tapestry needle and a few snap knots. Just know that if you like posing big, then small ones…
