A good product is good for tools and equipment

The sockets are very convenient and the strong, thin-walled design allows for use in hard-to-reach places. This is a nice little set that goes perfectly with my Milwaukee 1/2" percussion gun. Durability wise it removes jam nuts with ease. I would buy again.

Pros
  • Not just useful for its intended purpose
Cons
  • Working speed

Basically true to size. 19mm and 22mm. The two I needed.

I have a 2006 Silverado and a 2015 Sentra. These connectors are perfect for both. They have some weight for each connector which may indicate they are good quality but they do what I need. make. I have no complaints. I use a Milwaukee 1/2" impact wrench and the extension fits my setup perfectly.

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Very expensive

Excellent grip without damaging anything

Suitable for jam nuts without damaging them. I've had to use them on some nuts that are air gun torqued and they have been torqued to over 140 ft-lbs. The impact wrench I used has a breakaway torque of up to 600 ft-lb. Gripping nuts by the points/corners/edges only could round the nuts. But that's not the case. The fastening nuts were not damaged.

Pros
  • Great product
Cons
  • Something different

Good body, Stronger than sockets, 22mm Size corresponds to size

The body is better and the finish of the tips (melonite) is better than the Neiko brand tips (parkerized). But the real selling point: Neiko's 22mm head is just an engraved 7/8-inch 22mm head. The ARES 22mm head is a true 22mm head. You might not think that if a kit comes with a 22mm jack then you should get a real 22mm. At the time of writing this review the ARES kit cost 65 cents more than the Neiko kit and it is the extra cost absolute value.

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

Works as advertised, versatile and reassuring

A few years ago a tire on a boat trailer blew out during a long trip. It turned out that my boat trailer had nuts of a different size than my truck and I was stuck for a couple of hours. I bought this kit and packed an impact wrench for my trip this summer. Of course, the tire failed again on the track. With a set of wheel nuts and an impact wrench, I was back on the road in 20 minutes. It was much faster and safer than doing it by hand and saved me and my family from a dangerous situation. The
