The unit I received was missing an 8-pin PCIE cable. (The package is supposed to include 3, but I only received 2). I emailed their support team and received a response the same day. They sent me an extra cable.Problem solved with no hassle!Aside from the competitive price and high build quality, I would definitely recommended this brand for the excellent customer service.

So far a very good power supply. It's in stalled in a system with a 12 core AMD system with 64 G memory, an around 14T storageand has displayed not issues at all.

Purchased as a cheap alternative to established psu brands. Learned my lesson. Don't buy this PSU it's going to get loud.

After a few months, the cooling fan began making a cacophony, and occasionally seizing up entirely. I contacted warranty support, and after answering a few questions, they expedited me a replacement. I have full confidence to buy from AresGame again.

My GPU was acting funny and then just died. I took it to a tech and he tested everything and asked if the PS was new - Yes, I bought it on ebay. He stated it's in fact NOT a 80+ Gold but a counterfeit and likely caused the damage. Returned promptly. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I thought this would be a good PSU for an older computer,but I was wrong. It literally died the second day I owned it. Highly disappointed!

I took a chance and bought two of these power supplies for my mining rigs. I have been running both for the past year 24 hours a day with no issues. Both are running at 750 watts and stay cool. Plan to buy more!

Great modular PS. Comes with a ton of cables. You can use the ones you need and leave the others in the pouch they provide, Makes life so much easier

As I’m opening up the unit, I hear some clanking going on inside the unit. Thought it may have been some little plastic pieces, no big deal but it also could’ve been a loose screw which would be detrimental. Further inspection reveals that there are 2 solder balls just hanging out within the unit waiting to arc on some critical device and possibly short out my computer. Was not expecting to see loose solder balls!

Very surprised that this smaller form factor, lightweight power supply can manage a large system with ease. Very glad I bought this unit. Much cheaper than bigger name brands and works very well. It is pick about cables however, you cannot use PCIe cables, for example, from another power supply or it will not turn on. Once I gutted my case and used the wiring harness that came with this it came up and is working flawlessly. 5 stars.

This power supply carries a 10 year warranty. However, the seller closed his sellers account on ebay.ca and now my power supply is dead and there is nobody to contact. Better off spending a little more and get a warranty from a brand name.

I bought this power supply as a replacement for my current power supply. I connected the testing cables and yet no power . I paid enough money for this product .Hence I advise not to buy from this seller .

I barely used it for a month and when I installed it to my new PC, it died instantly, and I know the power supply had an issue because my newer EVGA power supply was able to power on my system later.

Got here hours before projected time. So naturally I was excited. Once I took it out of the ebay box I immediately noticed it wasn’t new. After taking all the components out of the box. First step was to run a power test. Can you guess what happen next? No? Nothing! No that’s what happen absolutely nothing. Not buying computer parts from ebay anymore. Lesson learned.

Installed this in a brand new system and turn power on and pop, dimmed the lights in my house no power, completely removed and tried again same pop, and dimmed the lights, no power. Returned bought different brand of power supply.

I got this to run my desktop that was used by 220V. I changed the connections easily without any problems, and my desktop also runs greatly.
