ArmorBlue DEF Hose Reel: Solid, but Not Quite Superhero Status

I recently purchased the ArmorBlue 50' DEF Hose Reel for use in my auto shop. Overall, I'm satisfied with its function, but there are a few drawbacks that prevent me from giving it a higher rating. On the positive side, I appreciate the versatility of this reel. It can be mounted on the ceiling, ground, wall, or even a tote. This makes it easy to use in any space and with a variety of vehicles. The 3/4" hose is also a nice size for efficient transfer of DEF. However, I did have a bit of trouble
