I like that the ARTIK cloud platform allows me to connect my devices with ease and the fact that they have so many different functions. It has been easy to get familiar with the system and learn how it works. The only thing i dislike is that sometimes you have to download the app from your phone or tablet to use it.
But other than that, everything else is great! Connecting my devices and learning to use the platform was not hard at all. Also, the customer service is very helpful andβ¦
