Makes large loaf: my feedback

If your looking to make a really large loaf this is the one you want. It totally filled my Challenger cast iron bakerFor May be more expensive than alternative bread-making options, making it less accessible for those on a budget.

Finishing the ends of the coil

The basket size is great only improvement would be making the surface coil finished end flattened smoothly on the top of the basket to avoid snags

  • Bought the 7 x 4 Brotform on 3-27-2020, solid product, but unfortunately it did not come with liners.
Cons
  • The size may not be suitable for all types of bread, limiting its versatility

Tall sourdough!: my feedback

This 7โ€ bread proofing basket is smaller in diameter and taller than my 9โ€ basket but I can still use it for an average size sourdough bread. The resulting bread is smaller in diameter but taller in height. It makes a beautiful sourdough boule.

  • Great baskets! My only complaint is that they were sold out when I tried to buy more!
Cons
  • May require additional accessories or tools, such as a liner or proofing cloth, which can add to the overall cost
