Great height for furniture

This height is just right for resting your legs while relaxing, but it's a bit stiff and a bit uncomfortable. However, not enough to return. I just put a soft blanket over it, that helps.

You send me a wrong color smelly stool, I send it back.

It was the wrong colour, musty smell and large see through holes on the top, it was so wrong I sent it back the next day. And I bought another one from another company.

Functional and comfortable

My wife and I were looking for an ottoman for our living room but we didn't have enough space. It fits perfectly between the coffee table and the sofa and is perfectly functional and when we're not using it we put it in a corner (it's not baby LOL) and in terms of decoration it's right at home. too much of.

It was the wrong colour, musty smell and large see through holes on top, it was so wrong I returned it the next day. And I bought another one from another company.

The blue color is not as advertised

I've spent hours looking for the pouf that will perfectly match my decor. I was very disappointed when I received the wrong color stool. It's not as blue as advertised. It's more of a dark blue than the greenish blue in the photo. The resulting pouf is dirty and doesn't look like new.

Received a good product and a poorly finished second product. Difficult seller with refund

I ordered a product and it's strong enough and beautiful, so I ordered a second one. The second was ugly and poorly made. I sent it back the same day. The seller was disappointed. I had to send multiple emails even after UPS showed the seller had received the item. I have never had this experience with any other seller. In the end I got the money back but it took some effort. I wanted to try them again just in case it was just a fluke before testing the return.
