Artlicious 8 X 8 Inch Blank White Canvas Boards - Pack Of 12 For Oil, Acrylic & Watercolor Paints Review

I just recently got into pour painting. I bought this type of canvas at the dollar tree. They were great for paint pouring art. The ones here I bought from this seller are not great. All of my paintings have buckled. I’m lucky these are just practice pieces for me but still frustrated that I got a better product from dollar tree than these.

This purchase was delivered as two separately wrapped 12-packs of 8 x 10 canvas panels. The canvas seems fine and is neatly wrapped and the gessso ground seems evenly applied. However, of the 24 panels, 5 were cut inaccurately and would not fit into an 8 x 10 frame. They were about 1/16th" too big on one or two corners. Of the remaining 19, 6 were questionably snug in at least one and sometimes two corners.I would be hesitant to frame them because cramming them into the frame so they fit would…

This product is great to use but for some reason on two of the canvasses there was a yellow spot that wouldn’t come off The blank surface looks patchy, with darker and lighter sections that don't translate well into the final piece.

These are a great size for a fun Saturday afternoon project. I use carbon paper to trace pictures I like onto the canvases, then my Dad and I used acrylic paints to paint them!

I thought from the pictures shown of these boards and size in the description that the canvas was wrapped around a frame so that they could be hung on the wall. They are not this way. The students still had fun painting on them, but the only way to display their artwork would be to attach some sort of hanger on the back.

I gave these to my daughter for Christmas they are easily framable also she is using them for her paint markers The boards don't meet the required specifications for framing, making them unusable for certain projects!

We purchased these for an Art Party for my daughter in January for her 6th birthday. The kids had so much fun creating. I was happy with how the canvas looked using temper paint that I decided to give it a 2nd try with acrylic paint for a large event my organization hosted. I used these for an art theme birthday party. Each kid's first initial was put on the canvas with vinyl. The kids painted over the vinyl and all over the canvas. The size of canvas was perfect for the 3-5 age group. Just enough space to have fun and not too big where they would lose interest. The kids had fun and got to bring home a unique party favor.

These are okay for cheap little canvases, but don't expect them to be really flat -- they are a bit warped, and probably will warp more if you get them wet.
