🐶 Pet Rider - TV-Featured (5273-6) Review

I liked everything about this product but the quality is bad. My dog is 13 months old, she is active and digs a lot so she doesn't have sharp claws. It has already torn the product 6 inches. His hair doesn't fall out either. Very dangerous.

My husband and I are not overly sensitive, but there is definitely something wrong with this product. It smells like it was doused with petrol before packing. Husband says it smells like formaldehyde. We repackaged and returned. It may not be safe for us or our pets. No choice.

This is the third item I have bought in two years and it is just perfect for what I need - an accident or illness - and therefore a small one smelly mess - off my dear dog. After each incident, I'm not so sorry to throw it away. It's a great price and it's very effective at blocking stains. The smell doesn't really bother me as it goes away after a few days.

This item meets all advertised specifications; Keeps dirt, water or pet debris out of car seats, durable material, easy to attach to seat. Good price, timely delivery, leather or cloth seats won't catch pet claws that can tear, neutral color matches most interiors. Well packaged, no complaints so far. I would recommend to pet owners who have their own dogs and give it 5 stars,

I bought this for my sister-in-law for Christmas. She says she sometimes has a hard time keeping it in place on the back of the seat. But in general, she's very glad she is. It definitely saved her backseat. She's so glad she is. It works better than a regular blanket and visually seems to blend better with a car seat than a blanket. This does an excellent job of keeping their dog hair and anything else off their actual padding.

I thought other reviewers might be exaggerating a bit, but they aren't! That thing smells awful. I couldn't have it in my house it was so smelly. I let it air out outside for a few days and the smell has reduced by about 70% but still hasn't completely gone. I have not tested if this fits coupes (sedans pictured) and it does not quite fit the back seat of our Toyota Solara. It fits, but the straps holding it to the seat don't work as our rear seat doesn't have headrests. I had to hook these loops into the car seat mounts further back and pull the whole cover too far. This is my third set of Pet Riders. I buy two every time. The first set was ruined by being put in the washer and dryer so DO NOT do this! The pad came off when washed and/or machine dried. Now I just wash them by throwing them over the fence and using a vacuum, then a hose and soap. I don't use straps as I just cut them off so they don't get in the way.
