I like that it has all my accounts in one place so I can see what transactions have been done for the month or year. The program sometimes freezes when doing an online banking transfer from my checking account to another bank account - but not often. Sometimes the system doesn't sync up with my bank accounts correctly, and I have to manually add new transactions in the system. The team at Ascent has been very responsive when I have needed help with our accounting system or questions about their product line. They are always willing to answer any question that we may have. We recently hired them for an audit as well. They were not able to get us all the information that we requested but they did offer some recommendations which was helpful.
