Takes time learning curve before efficiency is achieved

I like how easily it integrates with other applications to perform multiple tasks, such as receiving/purchasing inventory from ebay or amazon. It can get very confusing at times when you are performing several functions in one screen, but once your used to using all of its features then everything becomes easier to use. The system has an extremely long list of features which makes searching through them difficult if there isn't a specific need. If you don't have many complicated needs related…

Pros
  • Ability for users who do NOT know much about computers
  • Has great customer service support
  • Can integrate well between different programs.
  • Very easy interface that is user friendly even without technical knowledge!
Cons
  • Not really any downsides unless someone was specifically looking only towards managing their own business instead than helping others.
  • There aren’t tooo..Many options available so sometimes hard finding what exactly works best within each program
  • Sometimes takes time getting familiarized

Excellent software - Great Customer Service

The program is very easy to use and has been really helpful for me and my team in our daily operations. I can work from anywhere with almost no help at all. There are a couple of features that i wish would be a little more intuitive, but the system still works really well for what we need it to do. It has helped us tremendously by automating the shipping process, tracking goods within the warehouse, controlling stock levels, etc. I like that it's very customizable, so you can make changes to…
