Description of ASICS Gel Course Shoes Black Gunmetal Sports & Fitness

BOA Fit System - BOA systems contain three integral components: an instant release dial for precision fit; lightweight and strong laces; and low friction guides to ensure a smooth closure. Seamless Construction - The use of seamless materials reduces the potential for irritation and friction caused by traditional stitches and seams. Spike Patterned Outsole - Increased durability and traction on all surface. FlyteFoam Midsole Technology - Our FlyteFoam technology provides exceptional bounce back and responsiveness no matter the distance, utilizing organic super fibers to help reduce packing out that traditionally happens with softer, low density foams. Rearfoot GEL technology cushioning system - Attenuates shock during impact phase and allows for a smooth transition to midstance.

GolfDirectNow Best in Golf

Don't buy anything at GolfDirectNow. They charge 20% when you return shoes from this seller. I ordered golf shoes there for my husband who normally wears a size 10 1/2 shoes. Unfortunately, the size 10 1/2 golf shoes I ordered did not fit me, so I would like to exchange them for a size 11.

Pros
  • Nice item
Cons
  • Other Other

I love the Boa lacing concept, but competitors are finding an adjustment in the sole of the shoe that looks ugly and difficult to reach, especially for the elderly who are stiff after a round, so taking advantage of the system are not given recognized. Because it's designed that way, there's nothing around the tongue or collar to dig in and cause pain. Well done Asics!

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • boring packaging

One of the best shoes for comfort and support.

I decided to try the Asics golf shoes because I love my 3 pairs of Asics running shoes. It all started with plantar fasciitis, or a prolapsed arch of the foot. I could neither walk nor stand in front of Asics. So once my legs started rolling and ready to play, I found solace only with Ecco and Asics. (Eccos are very expensive, but worth it if you can afford them.) The Asics are as comfortable as my three $200+ Ecco golf shoes!

Extremely comfortable

I had a pair of Asics running shoes and when I saw that they also make golf shoes I was very interested. I play 18 holes three times a week and really like/need a comfortable pair of golf shoes. I found these golf shoes extremely comfortable from the "first step" out. I've only played in sunny weather, so I can't confirm the "waterproof" claim. They're a bit "expensive" - about the same as the high-end Footjoy shoes. If you want comfortable shoes and are not afraid of the price, this is your…

There are too many grass patches - great shoes - but choose blue or black!

These shoes are indispensable for hikers. These are the most comfortable and comfortable golf shoes I have ever tried. You will not be disappointed. NOTE: You can order blue or black shoes. Grass stains remain on white shoes, which simply cannot be washed off. I've tried all the remedies on YouTube and haven't been happy - mine are tainted for life. I still love them but will order blue or black next time because those grass stains on the sides and toe won't come off. Even the photo uploaded to

Great shoes and great customer service

Suffering from calloused toes is tough for those who play 18 holes 2-3 times a week. Asics eased my pain with plenty of toe room. They are also very waterproof and very stable. Stiffer and slightly heavier than my previous Skechers but more comfortable. Now the customer service part. After four months of using Asics, several of the soft cleats were worn out (two for each shoe). I contacted Hurricane Golf (supplier) and after looking at the pictures they offered to replace the shoes! I just…
