👟 ASICS Gel-Kayano Lite Men's Running Shoes Review

I've ridden them about 250 miles mostly on the treadmill and they support my flat feet very well. I'm overpronated but these ASICS have relieved me of any discomfort in my knees and ankles. Excellent purchase! They run a bit smaller than other running shoes I've had, but that's not a big issue.

Compared to regular Kayano, they are lighter and less stable. Regular Kayanos feel very solid but heavy compared to these Lite. The pillow has a softer feel, but not plush, and I've enjoyed running without breaking them in. They are comfortable, I will probably choose Lites instead of regular Kayanos from now on.

Although the outsole design looks the same as the "regular" version of the Kayano 27, this model is much more durable. My two pairs of Kayano 27 fell apart after 6 weeks and 12 weeks. But after 3 months the lite version looks good. It feels the same as the regular Kayano 27: same stability, same comfort, etc. Can't say it's actually lighter. I recommend using the light version of the Kayano 27 for greater durability.

Asics have done it again and with a bang! The most incredible and powerful shoe I have ever owned. I feel like I can literally fly. Such a smooth, light and durable ride. Having worn many Kayano models for years, this one is absolutely second to none. I use them on my daily 5k and weekly 10k and they make me feel like I'm walking on clouds 🔥🔥🔥 I just wish they were in more colors to add to my collection but lol. 100% recommended
