    Terrible traction does me good

    Hard plastic knob plate. Even with aggressive cleats (no metal cleats), these shoes have very, very poor grip due to the material. Concrete can also be a tiled floor. Only loose dirt or sand is an acceptable surface for these soles. They end up in the trash after two miles because of the risk. The fit was fine. Like every other Asic running shoe I've used.

    The best spikes I've ever had

    I got them for my senior track year and couldn't be happier. I've run 110s, 300s, 400s, and 800s with them (I wasn't planning on running 800s in high school, but these spikes worked great).

    Comfortable sneakers

    Good, comfortable and inexpensive shoes. I even use them to go out or for everyday use. If I see the same sneakers in a different color, I'll buy them!

    Asics tracks spikes in my review.

    I recently bought ASICS shoes for my child, size 5.5 (US size). Very happy with the post and arrival time. Please note: buyers need to add shoes 1.5 sizes larger than regular running shoes. My child is a size 4 ASICS but has size 5.5 spikes. Good product good price.

    I ordered these for my son for a track and he loves them. I found another color and he gave them to someone who didn't have them, but they matched well.

    Ideal for cross-country runs or obstacle courses

    I do a lot of hurdle races called Spartan races and at some points in the races you can run in mud and there is no better shoe than spikes for attacking mud or off-road. When you use long cross-country spikes, they dig into the ground or mud, making it difficult for you to slip.

    Better than advertised!

    Runs small from half to full size. My son wears a size 1 to 1.5, I ordered a size 2 and it fits him perfectly. It has excellent stability (because it's not a single panel) and support. Well built for the price. Great price for a rising track star.
