Just like my favorite Gel-Cumulus 15s

Just like my Gel-Cumulus 15s. Maybe a little more comfortable, but not really noticeable. It's more of a difference between new shoes and my old, worn, broken ones. I had my old 15 for about 15 months. I run 10-15 miles a week. The gel on the sole of my left boot started tearing and I developed a split shin and moderate knee pain in just my left foot. So I knew it was time for new ones. I've ridden 16s 15 miles and love them. They didn't need a time break as they are identical to my 15th. This…

Holes appeared on my toes in less than a month!

LOVE Cumulus over the years - I have had every model since 9 and have also tried much heavier Nimbus and shoes from several other manufacturers and always return to Cumulus for reliable and comfortable to drive. BUT: This pair has punctured both toes in a month of walking less than 30 miles a week in them. The ones I ordered nine months ago, the previous model, lost their pillow but they don't have those holes so WHAT DID YOU DO ABOVE? The Cumulus has always been prone to rapid pad failures and

Great shoe, offers cushioning and support

I've run my whole life. I've run short and long distances, ellipticals, sidewalks, trails and pretty much everything in between. I also work 9-11 hour days fairly regularly. The shoes required for the uniform caused me problems with the way my feet rested on the ground and also caused me pain in my knees and legs. I bought these shoes because I wear Asics almost exclusively for my extracurricular activities and they needed to relieve this type of plantar fasciitis as well as some other issues I

Love love love this shoes

I walk a lot and have a lot of different shoes. Asiscs have always been my favorite because of their softness. I have a Flux 3 and a Nimbus 18 but while they are great they are not the perfect shoe. I like the Flux 3 because they're light, have some cushioning, but don't weigh my feet down. However, after about 10 miles my legs and feet start to hurt so I use them for shorter distances. The Nimbus 18 literally runs on clouds. So much so that I sometimes feel like they are TOO soft for me…

Non standard ASICS high quality - Disappointed

Whilst these models fit as expected and look stylish I am very disappointed with the quality. I've been buying exclusively ASICS for a while and this is the first pair that just are NOT up to the standards I've come to expect from the brand. I've been wearing the shoes for about 6 weeks and the colored part on the sole (left shoe) is peeling off. I had to glue them together with super glue but the shoes aren't the same anymore. In these places, it actually causes pain in the leg. In the right…

Not for me Shoes

Very comfortable shoes but not made for my feet. The heel of the left boot rises so much that it appears unsteady. I would give them a 1 except for a few hours a day I wear them around the house and garden, they fit my feet really well, a smaller size or narrower width wouldn't work either, hence they are classified as indoor shoes. I wouldn't wear them to run or exercise and the thought of running in them makes me dream of falling hard on the pavement. For some it might be a great shoe, for me

These shoes have been through a lot and really helped me. I always get nervous when I buy shoes online. However, I wanted an all black pair of comfortable trainers for a trip with a lot of walking (which I'm not used to), and all black shoes are hard to find in stores, so I took a chance. It worked. They came as expected. What matters to me, they have a roomy and high toe. They started out with decent arch support but I had specific needs so I switched the insoles to Superfeet. The outsole has…

I would give them a 3.5 if I could

I switched from an Asics GT-2000 2 (or one of those 2000 models) to a Gel Cumulus after someone in the running shop analyzed my gait/ step and tell me I need a neutral shoe. I've worn the latest GT-2000 line for probably 6 years. These shoes feel less bulky and stiff but I think they have a wider sole. Kinda weird about the sole but I can't describe it because I don't know enough about running shoes. I scrape the soles of my boots several times on the road every run, which I almost never did in

  • Very good value for money

Women's Gel-Cumulus

I've been wearing Asics for several years now and have never had any problems with their products, but these shoes are by far the worst shoes I've ever owned! I consulted the Asics website on the different types of shoes I should wear depending on the type of running/training I do and how I run/walk, which I've always done before with great success, and gel -Cumulus were on the list of recommended shoes. They fit as expected but I wasn't exercising that regularly when I first bought them. As a…
