I've used them for their customer service as well, it's great to be able to contact someone directly with any issues or concerns. It's easy to use, it has all of my needs met (even though I'm not using them currently) including support for multiple languages which was something that bothered me with other companies in this space as well! The only thing about Asphostportalservice provider services are their prices - they're way too high compared ot what you get from another hoster like Godaddy or GoDaddy even at cheapo rates!. So far everything looks good but again price being an issue here so can't comment much more than
