This device has proven to be a useful product. I appreciate the quality although I would say if the bottom was closed and padded like a headrest it would be perfect.

Fits well in the existing armrest. Minor modifications were required for the interlock to work. Very solid so far. Holds cups, glasses or even our stainless steel water containers well.

Took a few weeks due to direct shipping from China. The packaging was crumpled, but the goods were undamaged. 3 pages of printed instructions with fuzzy images but the instructions were accurate and very helpful. I installed this build in my 2009 RAM and it looks amazing.

Nice block, the plastic feels a little flimsy and my console won't snap into place. Also, this part at the angle of the seat base is sort of pressed against the seat base, putting pressure on the console cover and the part that enters the console. Great idea, but it didn't work for me.

1 star - arrived not broken. 1 Star - Looks well made, useful and fits my factory console. (Ram 2500 2011) - 1 Star - Factory 12v auxiliary plug which is difficult to use unless the cover is permanently removed or opened. Poor design - 2 stars - Console lid won't close. I tried to force the console shut to lock it in place, but it stayed closed and I had to find a prybar to open it. Luckily I didn't break the latch or the lid when I opened it. When returning an item.
