Keep a pry bar in your truck to pry the console cover
1 star - arrived not broken. 1 Star - Looks well made, useful and fits my factory console. (Ram 2500 2011) - 1 Star - Factory 12v auxiliary plug which is difficult to use unless the cover is permanently removed or opened. Poor design - 2 stars - Console lid won't close. I tried to force the console shut to lock it in place, but it stayed closed and I had to find a prybar to open it. Luckily I didn't break the latch or the lid when I opened it.
