Great water shoes: my review

They are exactly what was advertised and met all expectations. Expensive but very high quality and I hope it lasts a long time.

Pros
  • I use them on the boat and on the beach
Cons
  • Poor quality seam

I bought them to swim when fishing on flat, rocky coasts and rivers. It had good support and traction but don't try to walk on rocks with algae or moss as you will still slip. Look for felt-soled shoes if that's your case. But they work great for me.

Pros
  • Ideal for people with sensitive feet thanks to the soft and comfortable material.
Cons
  • No shock absorption

The best shoes I've ever had.

I've probably worn mine a total of about 800 days in the world over the past five years, including mile-a-day walks across Southeast Asia on a 12-week trip. I was recently asked if they were new. They really hold up that well! And you can wash them easily. Can't recommend her more. Size 10, 180 lb male.

Pros
  • Highly wear resistant to withstand heavy use
Cons
  • Takes a long time to dry

Change... in my opinion

Australia is the best water shoe I have found. Over time, however, the toe of the shoe narrowed. That's the main reason I bought them in the first place because they had a big, wide toe box. I sent them back because they are uncomfortable for my feet.

Pros
  • Breathable material helps regulate temperature and moisture
Cons
  • Causes blisters

Simply the best! - my new rating

Simply the best! There is no better water shoe. So far I really liked them, they have great grip in the water both on rocks and on slippery terrain! Simply the best shoe for a place like Maui where you find yourself on and off the beach, walking a trail, or walking in your favorite waterfall/tide pool! These shoes are comfortable and very fashionable, wear them all day on the beach. Wash them off and dress them up for dinner! I would happily buy them again!

Pros
  • Ideal for those who value comfort and durability above all else
Cons
  • Doesn't keep its shape

The best shoes I've ever had

This is literally the perfect shoe! Lightweight, minimalist, comfortable, stylish and as far as I can tell very well built and durable. They are also waterproof and very non-slip. I will buy them in a few other colors. My new shoes!

Pros
  • The most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. Matches the truth.
Cons
  • Strange gusset in boot. The leg didn't fit.

Great light shoes for the water

Cool style, comfy massage soles, waterproof but like everything takes time to dry unless in a well ventilated and dry/hot area.

Pros
  • Well made shoes and so comfortable
Cons
  • Limited size available

Great river shoes!: my review

So far, I really liked the comfort of the original canvas shoes compared to men's AC running shoes. The only downside is that they take longer to dry. I've been using these Astrals for a few weeks now and run them through the ring. Unfortunately they bathed in it and made for a good grip! I really liked them and can't wait to try out the air conditioners on the water and see how they work!

Pros
  • The best shoes on the market. absolutely love her!
Cons
  • Color fades quickly

Looks promising

I just received these shoes and am impressed so far. They are slightly larger than some of the other shoes offered by Astral, like the Donner or TR1 series. (I wear a size 12 on most sneakers, but these shoes require a size 13. However, I am a size 12 on this Loyak and it fits perfectly). One thing that surprised me is that the shoe doesn't have a tongue; Instead, they opted for the sock-like design popular these days. This means that the lacing effect is secondary to the natural construction…

Pros
  • Offers excellent protection without adding weight.
Cons
  • Poorly sewn, do not take the shape of the foot.

Perfect summer shoes

These shoes are ideal for summer as an alternative to sandals and you'll always be ready for whatever comes next - rain, streams, kayaking, beach. The company also created a sense of community with a personalized note and coupon for its store.

Pros
  • Lightweight, fits well but runs small
Cons
  • Poor design, cause blisters on big toe after walking in it less than 5 minutes.

The best shoes I've ever had

This is my second product review and this shoe deserves it. I bought the dark blue ones before my trip to New Zealand in 2019. I've walked for hours on the sharp lava rock on Rangitoto, a volcanic island in Auckland, and worn them on many 25-mile hikes around the South Island. I've run in it in the rain, down streams, across pastures, sliding on boulders, on hot asphalt and in kayaks. When it came time for a nice dinner on the town, these shoes looked out of place with jeans and a blazer. Upon…

Pros
  • The non-marking outsole is ideal for indoor sports and outdoor activities.
Cons
  • The skin is easily damaged

Uncomfortable insole.

I ordered them for kayaking. These are pretty tight. Not bad, if I had to swim they would definitely stay. The outsole is durable. They offer more protection than sandals. The disappointment comes from the insole. It's stiff, with big bumps that make you feel like you're running on gravel. You will be returned.

Pros
  • Designed with the environment in mind for a more sustainable future
Cons
  • Tends to have a limited lifespan

Great all round shoe

After going to the BWCA with Keen sandals (which started to shrink) they were ordered. They are light, fit perfectly on the foot and stick well to the stones. Also, they are easy to wear and good looking.

Pros
  • Offers excellent protection against cuts and scrapes
Cons
  • Too hard to walk or jog

Good boat shoes best in my rating

I bought it for swimming. I've always ridden traditional boats, but I wanted something different. These boots are lightweight, hold the deck really well and have no problem getting wet. I'm really happy with these shoes for what I bought them for. I don't think they can walk comfortably all day. The outsole is just rubber with no padding or support.

Pros
  • Provides superior arch support for maximum comfort and stability
Cons
  • Tends to wrinkle quickly

Shoes of the Great River. good for me

Exactly what I was looking for on the river. Grip outside AND inside. The foot no longer slips in the shoe and loses weight. Fantastic river shoes.

Pros
  • Suitable for both wet and dry conditions
Cons
  • Not suitable for walking or hiking

Uncomfortably blunt insole

I don't like the insoles in these shoes. I was hoping they were flat and didn't support arches and the insoles have little spikes that get in the way. I also get blisters on my feet when I'm not wearing socks. I took out the insoles and put in some flat and thin insoles and transformed these shoes into minimalist sneakers and something to wear to work. Much more comfortable without the stock insoles. I'm just a little frustrated that these water shoes are so uncomfortable without socks.

Pros
  • Available in different sizes for every foot
Cons
  • Insufficient support

The best shoes ever made

This is by far the most comfortable and durable shoe I have ever owned. I walk, I hike, and I train in it, and after a year not even a single stitch came out.

Pros
  • Provides secure foot protection without sacrificing comfort
Cons
  • Tongue slips when walking

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Not very suitable for hiking

My husband (39 years old) wore them for 3 days and started having problems with his knees. It has high arches and a completely flat sole.

Pros
  • Reinforced toes and heels protect your feet from impact
Cons
  • No cushioning in the sole

These shoes are almost impossible to put on!

So I needed a pair of lightweight boat boots this summer. I've always worn Sperrys, but lately they only seem to last a month or two before disappearing and falling apart. very light and comes with 2 sets of laces. Trouble is, I can't get into these damn things. They're designed like slip-ons, but the material doesn't stretch. I checked the tag to make sure they are true to size (FYI: made in Vietnam). After about 10 minutes of struggling I was finally able to put them on and they looked great.

Pros
  • BALANCE SENSITIVITY: A flat footbed and wider toe box promote natural foot placement for improved balance and control; Super light design allows freedom of movement (0.46 lbs/shoe)
Cons
  • So So

Stunning male bestie

These things are amazing. It's cliche to say "I can't say I'm wearing them" but. They look just as good in real life as they do in the photos. The insoles are amazingly comfortable and perfect for situations where flip flops might be the solution but functionality or fashion suggests otherwise. Where we launch our boat we have to walk up and down the hill to park the trailer. It's a pain in flip flops. I will walk in them. And the ladies will throw their room keys around when they see me…

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Not sure
