The only problem I had was the pad would come loose when I stopped the drill . That's because my drill has an electronic brake that stops the mandrel so quickly that the block unscrews and I have to chase it across the floor! I doubt the design can be changed to prevent this.

I used this to hold an eraser wheel I bought to remove pinstripes from my car. Without this tool I wouldn't be able to use the steering wheel at all. Great product and very useful.

Adapter works as it's supposed to. Only problem is that if you don't stop the eraser wheel, it starts spinning immediately when you stop the drill. just about this little one problem to overcome.
