As an avid DIY-er, I found this step drill to be a complete game-changer in my toolbox. This Industrial and Scientific cutting tool is top-notch regarding both efficiency and durability. As a result of using this product, i found that it creates precise holes in minimal time with minimal effort while the titanium coating ENSURES it lasts longer than regular bits .The only con is that it may be slightly pricier than some alternatives, but the benefits are definitely worth the extra investment. After I put it to the test, I realized these so-called "titanium" drill bits were no match for the job .The only pro is that they were cheap but you get what you pay for. The cons? The bits snapped off and dulled quickly, leaving me with a useless product and a frustrating job to finish. Save your money and invest in a better quality product from a reputable brand. Bought these bits and bought a similar set of Doinshop bits at the same time. I would call it a slightly modernized version of Doinshop. The shank of the largest bit is slightly larger, and the bits themselves appear to be made from slightly harder steel, allowing for slightly longer life. Not a huge difference, but enough said.
